His DJ coalition transcends party scenes, pioneering international record-breaking hip-hop United Music Mafia, proving there's always more work to accomplish in music. 

 That Guy Sam co-founded United Music Mafia and its International DJ Coalition in October 2020 alongside OG Big Sean United Music Mafia. Based in Tampa, Florida, he helps lead the label's mission to empower independent artists across hip-hop, trap, and R&B. Through strategic marketing and global connections, That Guy Sam plays a key role in building UMM's expanding network of talent and opportunities. 

 FLO serves as President of Global Music Enterprise and Power 813 The Beat Radio, leading the Tampa-based platforms with vision and dedication. Under his leadership, GME continues expanding its network of labels and artists while Power 813 delivers diverse programming across hip-hop, R&B, and beyond, amplifying independent voices and connecting the community through powerful music and innovative broadcasting. 

 Cory Clay serves as GME Director of Promotions and Senior A&R, bringing his expertise in artist development and music marketing to the forefront. As owner of 941 Management, he cultivates emerging talent while leveraging industry connections to create strategic opportunities. His dedication to discovering and elevating artists makes him an invaluable force in driving careers forward. 

 Marlie serves as Vice President of Global Music Enterprise, bringing leadership and vision to the organization's growth strategy. Her expertise in operations and artist relations helps drive GME's mission forward. With a commitment to empowering independent artists and fostering creative excellence, Marlie plays a crucial role in expanding the company's global reach and impact. 

 Ohso serves as Director of Global Music Enterprise (GME) and Senior A&R of Kansas, where he leads strategic music operations and artist development initiatives. In his dual role, Ohso oversees global enterprise expansion while identifying and cultivating musical talent, bridging creative artistry with business development to drive organizational growth and innovation. 

 Beatmode serves as Director of Mississippi and Senior A&R at GME, bringing innovative talent discovery and artist development expertise to the region. With a keen ear for emerging sounds and dedication to cultivating the next generation of artists, Beatmode bridges creative vision with strategic growth, championing Mississippi's vibrant music culture. 

 Quinton "SaQred" leads GME's Gospel division, dedicating his expertise to uplifting faith-based music and artists. With deep roots in sacred music traditions and a passion for spiritual storytelling, SaQred identifies and nurtures exceptional gospel talent while preserving the genre's rich heritage and expanding its contemporary reach. 

 Dax "Shizzle" brings dynamic leadership to Central Florida as the new Director of GME. A visionary in graduate medical education, he seamlessly balances administrative excellence with creative endeavors as Founder and Host of The Shizzle Show.
